[01/08/11] Presència destacada del ForensicLab al 10è congrés de la IAFL (Birmingham, 11-15 de juliol), i al 20è congrés de la IAFPA (Vienna, 24-27 de juliol)

El ForensicLab ha tingut una presència destacada al 10è congrés de l’IAFL, amb la presentació de tres comunicacions:

• A study of Formant Dynamics in the Mexican Spanish segment /a/ to characterise speakers (F. López),
• Index of Idiolectal Similitude for the phonological module of English (N. Gavaldà)
• The use of sequences of linguistic categories in forensic written text comparison revisited (N. Bel, S. Queralt, M. Spassova & M.T. Turell),

i al 20è congrés de la International Association of Forensic Phonetics and Acoustics (IAFPA), amb dues comunicacions més:

• Towards an Index of Idiolectal Similitude for British English and Mexican Spanish phonology (N. Gavaldà and F. López)
• Acoustic discriminant analysis of filled pauses for voice comparison (J. Cicres).
